How to Measure

Getting the right fit starts with an accurate measurement. Here's how to measure yourself properly:

Step 1: Measure Your Waist

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight. Note the measurement in cm or inches.

Step 2: Measure Your Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is especially important for briefs and bikini styles that sit lower on the hips.

Step 3: Check Your Weight

If you don't have a measuring tape, our product-specific size charts also include weight ranges (in kg and lbs). Use your body weight as a quick reference, but waist measurement is always more accurate.
