Is this for crossdressers or is it a fetish thing?

Neither. Petals & Lace is everyday underwear for men who want more choice, better fabrics, and beautiful design. Some customers are straight, some are LGBTQ+, some just really like lace. All are welcome.

How is the fit different from women's underwear?

Three key differences: (1) 3D anatomical pouch provides space men need, (2) enhanced elastic waistband with 40% more stretch, (3) lower back rise to match male anatomy. Women's underwear simply isn't cut for a male body.

What fabrics do you use?

Everyday collection: modal (92%) + elastane (8%) or bamboo fiber (88%) + elastane (12%) with lace trim. Lace collection: stretch lace (polyamide 82% + elastane 18%) with cotton-lined pouch. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Can I machine wash these?

Absolutely. All our underwear is machine washable at 30C (cold). We recommend a mesh laundry bag for lace styles to protect the delicate fabric. Low tumble dry or air dry. No hand-washing required because life is too short.

Is the packaging discreet?

100%. Your order ships in a plain poly mailer or padded envelope with no brand logos on the outside. The return address shows "PP Shipping" only. What's inside is your business.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

No problem at all. If this is your first order and you got the wrong size, just email us at hello@petalslace.com and we'll send you a free replacement in the correct size. You keep the original pair — no need to return anything. Check our Size Guide to find your fit.

What's your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns of worn underwear. But here's the thing: you don't need to return anything to get a refund. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, just email us at hello@petalslace.com. Tell us why it didn't work out (this helps us improve!), and we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Keep, donate, or recycle the product. Zero risk, zero hassle.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and most EU countries. Shipping times and rates vary by destination. See our Shipping page for details.

Are there bulk discounts?

Yes! Buy 2 items and get 20% off. Buy 3 items and get 30% off. Buy 5 items and get 50% off. The discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed. Mix and match any styles, colors, and sizes.

How long does shipping take?

US orders: 5-8 business days (standard) or 2-3 business days (express). Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Free shipping on orders of 2+ items.
